The impression of a warehouse with a look of “unfinished” spaces is achieved through features such as steel surfaces, metal light fixtures and vintage furniture. The materials mostly used are steel, concrete, metal, brick and wood. Steel column, beams and frames are positioned throughout the apartment with constructive and aesthetic effect. Concrete is present in all of it’s forms – concrete wall panels, concrete-effect on ceramic floor tiles and furnishing. Most of the furniture is custom made with steel frames and other new pieces that evoke the past.
